We start with the science — not to impress you, but to end the self-blame. You'll understand exactly why your prefrontal cortex goes offline under social evaluation pressure, why willpower doesn't work in the moment, and why every other leadership program has missed the root cause. That window is everything. We will drill this until detection is automatic.
Once you detect the signal, you need a reliable interrupt that works in front of a VP — not just in your living room. The Disrupt layer is entirely inward: two tools that restore your internal state in sequence before you direct anything outward.
