About the work
What is PAVNESS?
PAVNESS is a decision science company. We help corporate professionals, teams, founders and leaders practise consequential decisions, explain their reasoning and clarify who owns the call.
What is Pressure Room?
Pressure Room is decision ownership and judgment practice. In a fictional company, you make calls, hear people and AI advice, and see how earlier choices affect later decisions. A facilitated session adds discussion and a working agreement for one recurring decision category.
Who is it for?
Corporate professionals, teams, founders and leaders who make or contribute to consequential decisions. Finance, operations, commercial, product and cross-functional teams can all take part. You do not need an executive title or prior AI expertise.
Is this AI training?
Pressure Room focuses on the human decision: what matters, what evidence to trust, who owns the call and when to pause or escalate. AI may offer useful, incomplete or mistaken advice. Think Clearly With AI is the separate method session for applying the five-step THINK Protocol to AI-assisted work.
What is the THINK Protocol?
Five moves for using AI while retaining ownership of the decision: Tune In, Hypothesize First, Interrogate Everything, Narrow to the Call, and Know How to Land It. The 50-minute session teaches the full method; the combined half day pairs it with Pressure Room practice.
The experience
Which simulations can we try?
Both demos are playable. Founder / CEO Absence Preparation explores calls that keep returning to one person. Growth Under Pressure for Teams asks you to grow a fictional company while protecting its profit, customer relationships, promises and capacity. The workshop decision area is selected with you before booking.
Why use a fictional company instead of our own case?
A shared fictional case lets people compare reasoning without disclosing confidential work or defending a past decision. The facilitated debrief then applies what the group noticed to one real recurring decision category. Selecting that category does not require a custom simulation.
How does everyone participate?
A small team shares one simulation screen. Each person has a table job, and selected rounds begin with a private first view before discussion. Teams compare reasons, make a shared call and see the consequences. Short icebreakers create space to get to know colleagues between decisions.
How long does the simulation take?
The founder demo takes about 15 minutes. The teams simulation has a 50-minute play timer: aim for about 5–7 minutes per week. Three 90-second icebreakers pause the play timer, bringing the planned simulation block to 55 minutes. The full Pressure Room session is 2 hours 5 minutes, including briefing, comparison, a working agreement and a first-use plan. Timing is a planning target; group pace varies.
What do we leave with?
Think Clearly With AI provides a THINK review card and preparation for an upcoming decision. Pressure Room adds a written working agreement covering evidence, human responsibilities, AI use and escalation, plus a first-use plan. The combined half day adds time to rehearse and revise. Unresolved concerns or required approvals remain visible in the draft.
How do you get from a game to a useful agreement?
The group compares actual choices and reasons, chooses one recurring decision category, drafts four rule parts and tries the wording against changed situations. The facilitator then helps reconcile differences, hear everyone covered and name the first use, responsible person and review point. A simulation alone does not establish consensus.
What if we do not agree?
We record the unresolved issue and what is needed to resolve it. Silence is not counted as support, and one table cannot agree on behalf of the whole group. A supported trial can still require approval from the relevant decision authority.
Are participants scored or assessed?
The simulation tracks fictional company results. A connected workshop can compare team company KPIs at the same completed week. It does not rank individual ability, assign personality types or assess readiness for a role. A good result can still come from a weak process; the debrief examines the reasoning separately.
Formats & pricing
What are the three formats?
Think Clearly With AI: 50 minutes to learn, practise and apply THINK. Pressure Room: 2 hours 5 minutes for facilitated simulation, debrief and a working agreement for one decision category. THINK + Pressure Room: a combined 3.5-hour half day with adapted Pressure Room pacing, a 10-minute break and an additional 30-minute rehearsal. Each format can be booked independently.
What does a session cost?
For up to 30 people: Think Clearly With AI is USD 5,000 for the first three qualifying sessions booked before 31 October 2026; USD 7,500 once either limit is reached. Pressure Room is USD 12,000. The combined half day is USD 17,000. Additional participants, adaptation and any travel are agreed in the quote.
How many people can attend?
Up to 30 people are included in the base session price. Add USD 1,000 for each additional block of 10, up to 100 participants. Groups above 100 are scoped separately. We confirm table sizes, facilitation support and delivery arrangements before booking.
Can you adapt the scenario to our work?
Choosing a decision area and applying the discussion to your work are included. Adapting one existing scenario costs an additional USD 2,000, for agreed changes such as names, characters, goals or arena. New mechanics, a new scenario or deeper customization are scoped separately.
What is included in the session?
Sponsor alignment, facilitation, the materials for your chosen format and its stated takeaways. Pressure Room includes the simulation and a guided agreement process. We confirm the decision category, participant count, venue or online setup, accessibility needs and any adaptation or travel in the quote.
Planning a session
Can you run it in person or online?
Yes. In person, small groups share a screen and discuss at tables. Online, breakout groups use a shared screen and return for the debrief. We agree the platform, room setup and facilitator support with the organizer in advance.
What equipment do participants need?
For Pressure Room, plan for one laptop or shared screen per team. Personal phones are optional for the participant guide; paper can support private first views and notes. The THINK session can be delivered without participant laptops. We confirm connectivity, sound and display arrangements before the event.
What do we need to prepare?
The sponsor chooses a goal and one recurring decision category with Pav. Participants need no advance AI study or confidential documents. Share any participation or accessibility requirements during planning so the format can be adjusted.
Who facilitates?
Pav Lertjitbanjong, PAVNESS founder and decision scientist, leads the engagement. Her experience includes more than two decades inside large organizations and leading strategic analytics at Adobe. Facilitation support for larger groups is agreed before booking.
Can the experience be adjusted for accessibility needs?
Tell us what participants need during planning. The app includes written content, transcripts and audio controls, and facilitation can use alternative ways to contribute. We confirm the workable setup with you; we do not claim that the app has been independently accessibility-certified.
What happens after a scope call?
We confirm the event goal, decision category, format, group size and logistics, then send a written scope and quote. You can try the public demos beforehand. Dates and delivery arrangements are confirmed through the booking process.
Data & boundaries
Do you need our systems or confidential information?
No systems access or proprietary documents are needed for the standard session. The simulation uses authored fictional cases. Describe your decision category generally; keep sensitive details out of practice notes and shared discussions.
What does the app save or share?
The teams app saves your run, reflections and working agreement on the device you use. In a connected workshop, fictional company KPIs and progress are shared with the event board. Private journals and agreement text are not sent to that board. Download what you want to keep before clearing a shared device.
Do you guarantee a business result?
No. We provide the stated practice experience and working materials, not guaranteed savings, performance gains or compliance. The first workplace use and review help you assess whether the agreed rules are useful and what needs to change.
Does the working agreement become company policy?
Only through your own approval process. Participants can draft and support a trial, but existing decision authority still applies. The record distinguishes a draft, support awaiting approval and a trial ready to use. It is not a compliance certification or a replacement for governance.
