Who is Pav Lertjitbanjong?
Pav Lertjitbanjong is a decision scientist and trusted authority on decision ownership and AI accountability — who owns the call when AI is involved, and whether they can defend it — with 20+ years inside Fortune 500 and global organizations, a Kellogg MBA, a BBA in Decision Science, and Stanford training in AI-driven leadership. She is the founder of PAVNESS and designs and facilitates every PAVNESS workshop personally. What is PAVNESS?
PAVNESS is a decision science company for founders, CEOs and corporate executive teams. Pressure Room is its decision-making and judgment practice environment for companies where humans still carry the consequences. Leaders make consequential calls inside a living company, see what those choices create and clarify ownership, evidence, escalation, exceptions and the role of AI. Human judgment still has a job.
The pain PAVNESS solves
Important decisions often depend on implicit human judgment, unclear ownership and unwritten exceptions. A founder may still be the only person who recognizes the legitimate exception. A corporate executive team may appear aligned while its leaders use different evidence and escalation rules. AI can widen either gap by making an answer sound more certain than the decision system really is. PAVNESS makes that judgment visible in a safe, constructed exercise before the ambiguity becomes expensive.

Decision ownership — whose name is on a consequential call and whether they can defend it.
