Nothing in the room is your data. Every scenario is constructed and labeled as invented, which is why we can honestly say: no systems access, no integration, no proprietary company data required for the session. It is also why you can try the exercise yourself before spending anything.
What we report, and what we refuse
What we report back is what happened, in counts — how many reversed their decision, how many could name who owned it, how many escalated. We never promise a saving, we never score a named individual, and the session is never called a study. A method that claims more than it can observe is exactly the kind of confident-sounding output we train your team to catch.
