How we handle your information.
Demo access and marketing emails are separate choices. Your simulation notes stay on your device unless you deliberately share or export them.

Demo registration
We collect the name, email address and company you enter, the selected scenario, registration time and relevant entry-page source. We use them to manage demo access, support your requests and understand interest in Pressure Room. The registration system does not verify ownership of an email address simply because it accepts the form.
Your email preference
Only choosing the optional, unchecked marketing box records permission for PAVNESS emails about practical judgment tips, scenarios and workshop offers. You receive the same demo access without subscribing. A call booking or a contact enquiry does not subscribe you. You can withdraw your email permission or write to pav@pavness.com.
Cookies and saved progress
The demo uses a necessary first-party access cookie that expires after seven days. It holds an opaque access token, not your name or email. The simulation saves choices, settings and notes in local browser storage so you can return on the same device. Clear your browser storage or use the simulation’s reset controls to remove that local progress. On shared devices, clear your run when finished.
Website measurement
Marketing pages use Plausible for aggregate, cookieless page measurement. This release does not send your name, email, company or private simulation notes to that service. It does not add advertising pixels or record your conversations. Marketing permission is not permission for unrelated tracking.
Who processes information
Netlify hosts the site and functions, stores demo registrations and access records using Netlify Blobs, and processes other website form submissions. Hosting security logs may include IP addresses. The registration endpoint temporarily uses a hashed network address to limit abusive requests. A calendar booking is handled by Google’s booking service when you choose that link. We do not sell your personal information.
Contact forms and other submissions
If you send an enquiry, we use the information to respond and manage that conversation. If you choose to submit a research or diagnostic form elsewhere on the site, the specific notice shown with that form explains the additional use; demo registration alone does not enroll you in research.
Retention
Access sessions expire after seven days. Demo registration records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. We retain separate permission and suppression records to demonstrate and respect your email preferences. Contact correspondence is kept for the purpose of the conversation and any resulting engagement. You may ask us to review or delete your information, subject to applicable obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to processing or withdraw permission. Contact pav@pavness.com. Withdrawing marketing permission does not remove your demo access.

Full workshop SIMS and shared team rankings
The full Growth Under Pressure SIMS requires a workshop passcode in solo and team modes. A passcode identifies the workshop; it is not marketing consent or an individual ability assessment.
Connected team play stores the workshop identifier, team name, submitted choices, progress, modeled scores and update times in Netlify Blobs so teams in the same workshop can compare results. Other teams see the team name, score, progress and five-goal breakdown, not your private notes, role names or working agreement. Solo runs do not appear in team rankings.
Workshop access uses an opaque seven-day session. Team run records are deleted after 90 days without an update. Workshop configuration remains while needed to operate that workshop; the organizer can close access. Notes and working agreements stay on the player’s device. A downloaded full file can run locally with its included access check; shared rankings require a connection to the workshop service.
