Privacy

The short version: no cookies, cookieless aggregate analytics only, and the only thing we collect is what the self-scorer form shows you before your result. Here is the long version.

What this site does not collect

No cookies. This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking technologies.

Analytics without tracking. We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service that records aggregate page counts only — no cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising scripts of any kind.

What we collect, and when

The self-diagnostics. Your answers are scored in your browser. After the last question you are asked where to send your findings; when you submit that step we receive your answers together with your name, your work email and any optional fields you complete, under the consent shown on that step. Submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and de-identified answers are used for aggregated benchmarking research.

Email. If you write to pav@pavness.com, we receive what you send.

Research responses. Where research responses are collected, they are used for aggregated benchmarking research and may be published in de-identified form. No company will be identified. We take reasonable measures to prevent re-identification, we publicly commit to maintaining this data in de-identified form, and any recipient of it is contractually bound to the same. Your name and title are not published and are deleted at the close of this research. You may withdraw your response at any time.

Who processes data on our behalf

Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions. Server logs (including IP addresses) are handled under Netlify’s own privacy terms.

We sell no personal information, and we share none except as described above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) — including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent.

To exercise any of them, write to pav@pavness.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

Retention

Peer-comparison addresses are kept until the comparison is sent and then removed from the mailing purpose, unless you separately opt in to updates. Research names and titles are deleted at the close of the research. Email correspondence is kept as long as the conversation needs it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be noted plainly on this page.

Want to know exactly where your data goes?

Ask. The honest answer is 'almost nowhere', and we can show you.
