This site describes the work of PAVNESS and offers general information and a free self-diagnostic. Nothing on it is legal, accounting, compliance, or investment advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Engagements exist only under a signed agreement, and those agreements — not this page — govern them.

The self-scorer is a free, informal self-diagnostic. You score yourself; the result reflects your own answers and is not an evaluation of your organization by PAVNESS. It is provided as-is, without any promise about fitness for a particular purpose.

The content of this site — text, design, and the PAVNESS name and mark — belongs to PAVNESS. You may quote it with attribution and share links freely. You may not republish substantial portions commercially, or use the name or mark to suggest an affiliation that doesn’t exist.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to breach, probe, or overload the site, misrepresent your identity in a form, or use the site to violate any law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PAVNESS is not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
